Can you believe it? Streamyx is down for my housing area since 12 September 2007 (Wednesday) night til NOW and the problem has not been resolved! That's why I have not been writing anything for the past 2 days as I was not working.
I just heard from my friend, Nancy, that we can actually claim for down time. All this while, I have not known and have not claimed anything but this time, I will definitely do it! Thanks Nancy, for all the information provided.
