Used Cloth Diapers For Sales

My friend is selling her used Bumwear cloth diapers and I’m selected as her sales executive (without any pay or commission though). She has used the diapers on one child for several months and the condition is still good.

Here are some photographs of the used diapers:

Don’t you just love the blue dino? They still look new, don’t they?

These two diapers look a little faded but the condition is no doubt good.

These inserts are in good condition too but they are a little blue in color due to the stain caused by other clothing.

Teach Children How To Brush Teeth

Do you have problems teaching your children the proper way of brushing teeth? Do they know the seriousness of tooth decay and cavities? Do they know how to stop tooth decay?



This post is specially written for Laura. Laura left me a message in my shoutbox asking if anybody knows of a DVD that teaches children how to brush teeth. So, I search for it via google and I found a few DVDs as listed:

1. Look Mom No Cavities DVD - This is a DVD for parents who have children aged 6 weeks to 16 years old. It shows how a tooth decay starts and how to stop it, step by step demonstration on ways to brush and floss as well as a program to promote good dental habits at home.

2. Brushing teeth videos for children - There are many videos with children's favorite characters such as Barney, Elmo, Big Bear and Jojo that would boost children's motivation to brush teeth.

No! How can I (touch wood) be ill when all the strength I needed and all the well wishes and prayers my children needed came pouring in from all over Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Canada, US and UK?

One day without internet is like losing touch with the rest of the world.

The moment I returned from my hometown after casting my vote, this is the first message I saw:

Some updates:

Nyn is fine now with no more fever but her throat is still bad. My back still hurts and the doctor says it should take some time to heal.

Everything is going to be alright. Thank you to those who gave me support, well wishes and encouragement. You know who you are and I am truly blessed to have friends like you. Thank you for being here for me when I needed you.

A Wonderful Friend

Last Sunday, I attended the “Best of You Teenager Workshop” which I mentioned in my previous post. I was there to help my friend, Meredith, who gave this course for free as her contribution before she migrates to Australia early next year. She has been very busy engaging movers to move her house contents but at the same time, she gave us her commitment to conduct this workshop. She is so wonderful!


During the workshop, she told us that she decides to migrate because she wants to give her children a better education. I totally agree with her because I could see the difference between local university graduates and graduates from overseas. Have you wondered why the top CEOs of big companies are all Europeans but not Asians?


I know the hassle of migrating. You have to sell your house here and buy a house there. Getting mortgages or home loan is an item to be added to your list of things to do. Expenses can never be low when migrating. There are just too many things to pay for such as insurance for traveling, fees for movers and expenses on new house and furniture.


There are many things to worry about but Meredith is very positive and knows that once she commits herself, she will definitely deliver and she did!


Let me share with you what I learnt through helping her in that workshop in my next post.

I was blog hopping and found Judy's blog. At that time, she had a post about the colors of the doors in UK. Then, she asked her readers to guess the color of her door. Since I have always dreamed about going to UK, I was captured by her writeup and left a comment.

I Found My Friend

I was blog hopping last night and saw a very familiar face with a familiar name on the recent readers column in one of the blogs I was reading. So, I hop over to her blog and asked her whether she was from the same university I attended. Today, we chatted on MSN and oh, it was really her!

We were actually staying in the same hostel in university. She was my senior then and we had some good times together during that time.
