By using verbal explanantions in many instances instead of scolding or harsh words, you seem to be guiding your little ones toward using language in a productive way.<BR/><BR/>Like you, the technique of using books and characters from books as a way to illustrate certain behviors I find helpful.<BR/><BR/>Jo-n I love that you are seeking ways that don't lead to conflict or harsh parental actions.
