The actual wedding took place on the 3rd of October which falls on a Saturday. We had a pre-wedding buffet dinner one night prior to the wedding day and a barbecue on the wedding night plus a wedding dinner in a hotel one night after the wedding ceremony.
A few days before the wedding day, the bride called me to ask if my son could be the page boy and that she would supply the vest and the bow. All this while, I though I only need to "contribute" a flower girl but it looked like it would be a pair.
It was a toss between Karl or Wayne being the page boy. Since Wayne had everything to be a page boy (I mean black long pants, white long sleeve shirt and shoes) except some courage, I thought I would just assign Wayne to be the page boy and Karl would stand by in case Wayne pulled out suddenly.
So, the next thing I knew was that I had to get a pair of shoes for Karl. I quickly sent an sms to Jacss to ask her about what type of shoes to buy for my son and where to get them. Thank you Jacss for your fast response and your suggestion. Here's the pair of shoes I managed to get for Karl.
Thank goodness I dressed both my sons up on THE day because Wayne was afraid that his cousin would laugh at him and he decided to let his brother be the page boy instead. So, Karl went ahead with Nyn next to her and I'm proud of them both for having the courage to walk for a few minutes in front of the bride and groom.

haha...in our case, both boys fighting to take part so my huby's decision was to tell his aunty... either take 2 boys or none, LOL!!
that's why in the end, 1 became page boy & the oth became ring bearer.... problems with twins lar :D

That's a good experience for both of them. They must be very excited at that day, and I believe the mummy was as excited as them, haha!
I'm sure they looked lovely on that day! I wish I could see their faces too :)
