What do you buy online usually? I feel insecure to buy stuff online being not too sure about the quality as well as the delivery. Will they send after I pay?

Just beware as there are unscrupulous companies that sneak in cookies, or trojans, even key logging cookies that will sneak into computers and read your emails, steal passwords etc.
