Today is the second day of school. Talking about school makes me think of last year. I know, I know, I should be looking ahead instead of looking back but this incident is something I would not forget.
Last year, Karl was in the afternoon session and before going to school, we would go out for lunch if I didn’t cook. One day, Karl excitedly told me that he wanted to give me a treat. Hey, that’s something to make us, mothers, happy, isn’t it? So, he took his wallet, we drove to the restaurant and he proudly marched into the restaurant telling the restaurant owner that he would pay that day.
Thank you Karl for the treat. It’s not what we eat that matters but your loving thoughts and your gesture that melt my heart.

Yeah it nice to know they love us by their actions. I hope this lasts forever. My children love to give me virtual money.
