Seven Things You Don't Know But I Do

This meme is passed to me by Vegan Momma, an awesome blogger I met in the blogsphere and I love visiting her blog. I am sorry I took so long to complete this meme, Vegan Momma.

Here's the seven things about me:

1) I am easily touched and would shed a tear at the touching words people utter.

2) I have learned and changed through time to be more positive in life and to look at the bright side of things.

3) I have learned to control my temper because a person who is angry seems to be punishing himself / herself by allowing unhappiness to conquer.

4) I am a volunteer in Sunday Dhamma School, teaching children and learning along the way.

5) I am a straight forward and honest person and can't bear to even tell a lie. I hope my children will not tell lies too.

6) I may look gentle outside but I know chinese martial art (wushu) and Taekwondo. I learned it when I was in secondary school and university, just to keep myself fit and healthy.

7) I wish to have the best of both worlds: career and family. I must work and have my own income. Working from home seems like the most suitable choice for me. That's what I am doing right now, operating a printing shop and at the same time able to cook and see to my children. I am in the midst of setting up my online retail website and will give it a formal introduction when it is ready.

Wushu... woooo.. that's such a good skill to have.

Now, you can pass it on to your kids too.

Aunty J,

Not a fighter. I treat it as exercise and self defence.

Agnes,

I hope I can but I haven't been practising for a long time and I think I have forgotten.

My apologies for taking so long to respond. I've been away on holiday last week.

It's always nice to learn about my blog buddies. I studied Wing Chunk Kung Fu and American Freestyle Karate. My daughter wants to study martial arts. I'm planning on enrolling her this coming year.
